1.Xy Axis CNC Table Wire Spot Welder Pet Cage Mesh Multi Point Welding Machineincludes two parts :
a welding machine and a worktable .The Welding machine can be equipped with AC pulse power supply or an energy -saving and environmentally friendly medium frequency inverter DC power supply,and design to single-head and multi-head long arm spot welding or multi-point welding structure,equipped with a welding mold that automatic moves along the XY axis,only need to input the coordinate date of the welding position,then can start the machine for automatic production .Manual placement and removal of the workpiece after finished a welding cycle.
2.The structure of the equipment is flexible and the combination is convenient.It can be matched with different welding equipment;
3.Adopted the programmable control system,automatic welding and manual welding can be freely switched,teach in jog to find points according to the actual products ,high precision and accuracy;
4.Confifue the control box to switch different welding specifications.It can set different welding current,welding time for different welding workpieces,and the specifications can be one-key switching if need.
5.Widely used in various fence mesh welding,shelf welding,supermarket shopping cart welding,shopping rack welding,pet cage welding,various sheet metal welding,etc.
